PSN Issues Surface as Minecraft Launches on PS4   After initially failing certification, the long-awaited PlayStation 4 version of Minecraft has launched today on the PlayStation Store. It's probably no coincidence that, not long after it went live, the PlayStation Network began experiencing a variety of issues.Users on Twitter and NeoGAF are reporting they are having issues when attempting to connect to PSN; this includes receiving the error code NP-36147-1.
